Strategic Procrastination?

Once again you are witnessing my blog procrastination skills at their finest.
Here we are an 48 minutes from May 1st and I have yet to put word to page for this blog project I imposed on myself.
11 months ago I set a goal to publish one blog a month, no restrictions, no guidelines. I left my goal vague in hopes I would have endless possibilities and be inspired to write, but I never got the time I needed to write with the care I wanted. Every month I push it to the last possible moment, which is not my intention, but life gets in the way. Or rather, life is more important than this blog (No offence blog-o-sphere)

People keep telling me “Life is about balance” and honestly most days, I can’t find it…But here I am! Searching for this balance people speak of!
I made a comitment to myself and this is me, showing up for me.
I hope you make opportunities to show up for your self! It feels really good! Accomplishing even a small task is instant gratification. Sometimes just taking action is all you need to set yourself off on a new path. That’s what this blog represents for me.

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” Martin Luther King Jr

This weekend I bought myself some flowers and volunteered with my husband. I had every intention of writing a meaningful blog and started to get down on myself but why? I make the rules! I showed up for myself, hosted an awesome demo/ party for my family and friends 💙 AND STILL POSTING IN THE NICK OF TIME 💯👄

I hope you all show up for yourselves and take chances to do what makes you happy!

I'm here to heal through sharing my stories, lift others up, and Hopefully inspire others to do the things they want to do!
