I don’t want to write a blog post

When I created this blog I challenged myself to write one blog per month and here it is 11/28 and still nothing for November.. and now 11/30 … past 10:30 pm PST when im finally getting around to posting.

To be real honest… my depression is flaring and I feel as if I  have no motivation or inspiration. Drafts I have yet to finish are collecting digital dust…

So today ill just elaborate on my current spiritual situation

Right now I am focusing on ME while learning and practicing self care/self love.

I feel as if I’m on the cusp of spiritual awakening and the anticipation is mind bending. I want to be my best self.

I’m here, I’m exposed.

Raw, and in my feelings.

I’m looking for peace

Emotionally exhausted.

Mentally ill and ready to kick ass and take names!

Who’s with me?

Manifesting destiny is hard work, but we all gotta do it if  we want to live our lives as our true selves.

Healing is a journey. Everyone  is different.

We should all hold space for ourselves and others who are dealing with growing/healing pains. This is a continuous process that never ends.

So often people with metal illness don’t allow ourselves to heal properly. We hide our fears and symptoms in order to spare our loved ones. Some may even have people in their lives who don’t understand and don’t believe in said condition.

We need to stop the classic mental illness move of apologizing for things out of our control.

I’m horrible at this. I catch myself all the time. Apologizing.

I’m trying, really hard

I’ve been working on stopping myself and correcting my “I’m sorry” to “thank you for dealing with my crazy-ass” or “I know the last 4 hours of my mental breakdown could not have been fun, but I appreciate you working through it with me”

Acknowledgement is the first step. Acknowledge the struggle the weakness the strength.

 Today my mine would be:

I am fighting with mental illness everyday

I have a horrible temper

I love unconditionally…

We include all the parts.  The Good, the bad, the ugly.

And that is ok.

Embrace them

Grow from them

So… yeah.  That’s what I’m working on. Looking inside yourself  is never easy but absolutely required for wokeness  ✌ and learning how to get through the day with out losing my job, friends or family lol

And to my co-workers friends and family I love y’all thank you for sticking it out 💖
